Soya Sauce

Shoyu and soy sauce are two names for soya sauce. Soybeans, wheat, salt, and a fermenting agent are used to make it. Soy sauce is traditionally made by soaking soybeans in water for several hours and then steaming them. After that, the wheat is roasted, ground into flour, and mixed with the steamed soybeans.
