Ponmani vermicelli
Vermicelli is a strand pasta prepared from semolina and eggs from durum wheat. Vermicelli translates to “tiny worms” from the Italian word vermi, which means “worms.” Although fresh durum vermicelli can be found, it’s more typically seen in dried form. Although egg is always used in the fresh version, it is not always used in the dried version.
