Hydhan Pottukadala

Pottukadala, also known as Roasted Gram Split, is made by dividing a roasted gramme in two. In India, dry roasted chana or entire black grammes (chickpeas) are commonly consumed as a snack. In the Indian market, these chanas are readily available. They can be eaten as snacks or utilised in the preparation of a range of recipes.
