Hydhan Mani Kadala

Brown chickpeas, often called Desi or mani kadala, are a lesser form of the light yellow chickpea. Its skin is brown on the outside but yellow on the inside. Curries, soups, and salads can all benefit from these chickpeas. They go well with meats like lamb and fish in a stew.
